Postage & Packaging
Postage & Packaging to the UK mainland is FREE; if buying from Europe or the Rest of the World please contact me for a postage cost in advance of ordering. Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Signed For; large orders may need to be split into two smaller packages or sent by courier.
Turnaround and Delivery Times
In stock items are ready to post, and will be sent within 48 hours of ordering. Made to order items typically take 14-21 days to make and post; I will advise you shortly after you have placed an order if there is an issue in meeting this timescale.
If you have not received your order within 4 weeks of placing your order, please contact me.
Mail delivery services do not class a package as lost until a defined period of time after the expected delivery date has passed. Once this date has passed a replacement will be made and sent to you. Refunds will not be issued for lost post unless a replacement is not available.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that you love your Moonflower item(s), but if you have any concerns contact me within 14 days or receiving your order.
If your item is faulty we can discuss a refund, repair or replacement item and I will reimburse your return postage costs once the item has been returned to me. I am unable to cover the cost of additional packaging so encourage you to retain the original packaging until you are happy with your purchase.
If you need to return a standard item for another reason please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and before you return it. Please make sure that the item is unworn and unwashed, and tags have not been removed or damaged. Unless the item is faulty, you are required to pay the return postage and are responsible for the item until it is returned to me. If a refund has been agreed, it will be processed within 14 working days of item receipt. Please note that if on return the item(s) has any signs of wash or wear they will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Finally, if an item has been specifically customised to individual measurements or personalised in any way, these items are exempt from my returns policy unless deemed to be faulty.
